We are a European School! (Comenius Project)
On the 9th November 2011 a celebration took place with the presence of many guests and sponsors which awarded the school the additional name of “European school”.
With this award, which was carried out by Mrs. Kube on behalf of the Ministry of
Education and the Arts for Sachsen Anhalt, the long-
The European Schools have made it a top priority to cultivate common European characteristics and cultural differences and to promote European cooperation.
Every “European School” is defined in accordance within the bounds of the regional possibilities which are emphasised by European work at the school.
To implement this movement every participating school is a host for the partner schools. At these events, teachers of the European Teams, and more importantly, students who have devoted themselves to this course take part.
In the following sections, we would like to leave an impression of these gatherings and meetings.
